10G-BaseT fails to Canonical Certification pxe boot

Incomplete
Bug description:
10G-BaseT unable to run pxe boot.
use 10G-SFP able to pxe boot and deployed successful.
Even logged, ip addr only show interface 10G-SFP x 2, 10G-BaseT are not
present.
