touchpad fails after turning on from sleep

Bug description:
every time I close the lid of my laptop my laptop automatically goes to sleep
mode and that's fine but every time I open the lid and wake up my laptop from
sleep (XD) my touchpad stops working so I'll have to use me fingers and the
touch screen of my laptop to reboot
