Bug description:
  Sreen divided into half after installing Focal 5.4.0-48-generic under
  Power Saving/Hybrid Graphics Mode. Normal as switched to Discrete

  for bug 1849947 is the root cause. This was landed to all Ubuntu
  kernels and Ubuntu only for kernel versions 5.0 and up till v5.9
  unstable currently.
