The subchannel scanning of known-devices doesnt allow scheduling of other tasks especially on systems with a single CPU. Solution: Add cond_resched() call to allow explicit scheduling in the scanning loop Reproduction: - Upstream-ID: 0b8eb2ee9da1e8c9b8082f404f3948aa82a057b2 kernel 5.9 It's also tagged as stable with 5.4. Please check if this will be picked up by Canonical by default..
