Title:
Focal update: v5.4.79 upstream stable release

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed
Status in linux source package in Focal:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  SRU Justification

      Impact:
The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
by originating either directly from a mainline/stable Linux tree or
a minimally backported form of that patch. The following upstream
stable patches should be included in the Ubuntu kernel:

         v5.4.79 upstream stable release
         from git://git.kernel.org/

  powerpc: Only include kup-radix.h for 64-bit Book3S
  MIPS: PCI: Fix MIPS build
net/mlx5: Use async EQ setup cleanup helpers for multiple EQs
net/mlx5: poll cmd EQ in case of command timeout
net/mlx5: Fix a race when moving command interface to events mode
net/mlx5: Add retry mechanism to the command entry index allocation
powerpc/8xx: Always fault when _PAGE_ACCESSED is not set
net: lantiq: Add locking for TX DMA channel
Input: sunkbd - avoid use-after-free in teardown paths
mac80211: always wind down STA state
can: proc: can_remove_proc(): silence remove_proc_entry warning
KVM: x86: clflushopt should be treated as a no-op by emulation
  ACPI: GED: fix -Wformat
  Linux 5.4.79
  UBUNTU: upstream stable to v5.4.79
