Title:
Cannot open URL in Evince (AppArmor issue ?)

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Hello,

In a pdf (created with Libre Office, URL checked and working), when I
try to open a URL (including the one in "About Evince" to the
Website), it doesn't work and the following message appears :

Failed to launch preferred application for category WebBrowser. Failed
  to execute child process "/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/xfce4/exo-1/exo-
  helper-2" (Permission denied)

I reported this bug to Evince
  (https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/evince/-/issues/1539#note_999642) and
  someone told me :

"The issue you describe is likely a constraint defined at the system level,
for example, using AppArmor.
The issue should be reported to the distribution."

  Xubuntu 20.04, evince 3.36.7

Have a nice day and thanks for your amazing job !
