Touchpad and Keyboard

Bug description:
Built in touchpad and keyboard on laptop do not work on Ubuntu.
Installed Ubuntu on USB. Opened Ubuntu and touchpad and keyboard were
not responsive. External mouse and keyboard work fine, but want to
use built in touchpad/keyboard. Computer is a Microsoft Surface
Laptop with Windows 10. Attempting to install latest Ubuntu.
