Title: kernel 5.4.0-53 (amd64) won't shut down Status in linux package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Whenever using the "Shutdown" button in Linux Mint 20 Cinnamon, laptop GUI disappears until only a white cursor on black background appears. Cursor does not blink. No other messages or text. Same when using "shutdown" in terminal.
