Hi, as mentioned above in Chris's comment, standard Trusty has already reaches its End-Of-Life on April 2019 [1]. Are you using a standard Ubuntu or Ubuntu Trusty with ESM support? If you're using a standard Ubuntu please give a newer release a try.
