please attach the dmesg log when booting from your 5.11.0-11.12-generic
kernel with rtl8821ce-dkms purged. I'm expecting:

  $ sudo dmesg | tee dmesg.$(uname -r)
  $ sudo dkms status | tee dkms.$(uname -r)
  $ sudo lspci -vvnn | tee lspci-vvnn.$(uname -r)

Please help attach the three output files. Thank you.
