Bug description:
This capability takes advantage of the Optimized PCI Express* SSD
Interface used by FultonDale PCIe SDD Products. PCI Express* (PCIe)
SSDs are emerging in Enterprise as a great solution in the caching
tier where IOPs/$ and latency are valued. The NVM Express
specification, developed cooperatively by more than 80 companies from
across the industry, was released on March 1, 2011 by the NVMHCI Work
Group; now more commonly known as the NVMe Work Group. The NVM Express
1.0 specification that defines an optimized register interface,
command set and feature set for PCI Express¨ (PCIe¨)-based Solid-State
Drives (SSDs). The goal is to enable the broad adoption of SSDs using
the PCIe interface. For more information visit www.nvmexpress.org.

The latest version of NVMe driver provides:
  - Highest Efficiency Performance with a Memory Optimized Interface
  - Delivers differentiated NVM solutions that address data center performance,
scaling, and power challenges.
