Title:
  After suspend the fan doesn't spin up to higher frequency anymore

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Reproduction: Boot, login, suspend via gnome menu, reactivate and the
  problem exists.

  Before suspend: fan rotates at about ~ 3200-5900 rpm
  After suspend: fan rotates at about ~ 3214-3260 rpm tested until cpu reached
105 °C / 221 °F

  All data according to psensor (lm-sensors) - thermal_zone does not
  exist.

  $ cd /proc/acpi/thermal_zone
  bash: cd: /proc/acpi/thermal_zone: No such file or directory

  I will append journalctl with a normal boot and after a line with many
  '#' you can see the output after suspending. Hope this helps.

  The problem is the same with Ubuntu 21.04.
