Bug description:
CID: 201107-8258 Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E525

With the proprietary video driver installed, the brightness on this system
cannot be adjusted properly.
The brightness level indicator will change with the brightness hotkey, but
the brightness won't change with each keypress.
Sometimes it will change, but a little bit unpredictable.
Brightness cannot be adjusted in System settings as well.

  Verified with post-release update driver:
  ubuntu@201107-8258:~$ dpkg -l | grep fglrx
  ii fglrx-amdcccle-updates 2:12.104-0ubuntu0.0.1

  And the experimental-beta driver:
  ii fglrx-amdcccle-experimental-13 2:13.101-0ubuntu0.0.2
