Bug description:
  This is identical to bug # 1170885, which was filed 2013-04-20. The
  last comment on that bug was by Kai-Heng Feng (kaihengfeng), who
  requested a new bug report.

  This is a Samsung laptop NP730QCJ.

  $ sudo modprobe samsung-laptop
  modprobe: ERROR: could not insert 'samsung_laptop': No such device

  About my system:
  $ sudo dmidecode | grep -A 2 -i 'base board'
  Base Board Information
        Manufacturer: SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS CO., LTD.
        Product Name: NP730QCJ-K01US

  $  cat /etc/lsb-release
  DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
