Please use "i915.enable_dpcd_backlight=0" for WA, or use 5.13.0-1012-oem
kernel instead.
I will try to fix it in hirsute kernel.

Bug description:
Updated to the Nvidia 460 driver and backlight (screen brightness) was not
working so updated to the 470.63.01 before opening ticket as it also is not
wortking on the P17 Gen 1 with BOE panel NE173QUM-N42. It was working fine
before the updates
