Title:
  [SRU][F] linux-firmware miss amdgpu/renoir_ta.bin

Status in linux-firmware package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released
Status in linux-firmware source package in Focal:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  SRU justification:

  [Impact]
The screen got black after system resumed back from S3 on AMD renoir platform.
  Error log:
amdgpu 0000:08:00.0: Direct firmware load for amdgpu/renoir_ta.bin failed
with error -2

  [Fix]
  The linux-firmware 1.187.16 miss file amdgpu/renoir_ta.bin
Add the file in /lib/firmware/, the system works fine.

  [Test]
Verified on AMD renoir platform, it works fine.

  [Where problems could occur]
AMD renoir GPU may be broken.

The fw file is SRUed by bug #1934014, and it's applied in git repo.
But it is missing in deb release of Focal.
Restore the firmware file, it should be low risk.

H/I release is good, only SRU for Focal.
