  Kernel in use: 5.13.0-22-generic (linux-image-generic-hwe-20.04-edge)

The weird part is that happens (not 100% sure yet) when Video
conference is being made inside my home network. This USB NIC is
connected to internet provider router and the onboard NIC to my
private network (I use a mini PC, Gigabyte Brix, as a home
  router/server).

I've tested one week ago with another USB 3.0 Gigabit NIC, which has a
different chip from Realtek, and the same thing happened, so something
is going on here. Also, I've tried a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04
(server) and the same thing. Another thing I've tested is to switch
Nics, the public and the private, same problem.

Any idea how to fix this? Is a mayor problem really.
