In your other bug report you said you are using kernel version 3.13.0-22. From which Ubuntu release is that? Trusty, i.e. Ubuntu 14.04? You don't even appear to have the latest update for the trusty release which would be version 3.13.0-170.220.
You should install a supported release as Trusty has been 'end of life' since April 2019. The oldest supported release is currently Ubuntu 18.04. Bugs in unsupported releases will not be fixed.
