Public bug reported:

    SRU Justification

    Impact:
The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
by originating either directly from a mainline/stable Linux tree or
a minimally backported form of that patch. The following upstream
stable patches should be included in the Ubuntu kernel:

       5.10.81 upstream stable release
       from git://git.kernel.org/

Linux 5.10.81
selftests/x86/iopl: Adjust to the faked iopl CLI/STI usage
thermal: Fix NULL pointer dereferences in of_thermal_ functions
perf/core: Avoid put_page() when GUP fails
scripts/lld-version.sh: Rewrite based on upstream ld-version.sh
erofs: fix unsafe pagevec reuse of hooked pclusters
erofs: remove the occupied parameter from z_erofs_pagevec_enqueue()
PCI: Add MSI masking quirk for Nvidia ION AHCI
PCI/MSI: Deal with devices lying about their MSI mask capability
PCI/MSI: Destroy sysfs before freeing entries
parisc/entry: fix trace test in syscall exit path
x86/iopl: Fake iopl(3) CLI/STI usage
net: stmmac: dwmac-rk: fix unbalanced pm_runtime_enable warnings
net: stmmac: fix issue where clk is being unprepared twice
net: stmmac: fix system hang if change mac address after interface ifdown
net: stmmac: fix missing unlock on error in stmmac_suspend()
net: stmmac: platform: fix build error with !CONFIG_PM_SLEEP
net: stmmac: add clocks management for gmac driver
bootconfig: init: Fix memblock leak in xbc_make_cmdline()
loop: Use blk_validate_block_size() to validate block size
block: Add a helper to validate the block size
fortify: Explicitly disable Clang support
