While there could be some use cases for CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED, the option seems to work only with cgroups v1 and we use cgroups v2 on Jammy. Therefore with CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED it is not possible to run any realtime task, which is also seen as failures on some of LTP tests. The CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED should not be enabled for v5.15.
