Bug description:
With my Radeon Vega graphics card auto-rotation of the screen used to
work in 21.04 but does not work anymore in 21.10. Also Cinnamon (which
I have uninstall now) shows an error, saying that hardware
acceleration does not work.
This bug relates to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1958852
I reinstalled my system but still auto-rotation does not work.
