to be a "regular" (non-security) bug.  I have unmarked it as a security
issue since this bug does not show evidence of allowing attackers to
cross privilege boundaries nor directly cause loss of data/privacy.

  with auto upgrade of kernel to 5.0.13.*, touchpad and wifi is not
  working properly on Asus R542U, the machine has out of box hardware
  installed plus 1 160 GB samsung evo SSD and 8 GB additional RAM.
