I the same problem with several machines using Jabra Speak 710.
5.13.0-35 works perfectly on all though, while 5.13.0-37 produces distorted 
sound.

  The sound card is a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2.

  The sound is distorted everywhere.

  Sound via HDMI works.
