  Failed to upgrade to 21.04 (Check your Internet connection)

Bug description:
  Hi,
  I've been trying for over 20 times to upgrade from 20.10 to 21.04 and every 
time I get a "Check your Internet connection..." error message. It cannont come 
from my connection as I've already upgraded to 21.04 another laptop I've got. 
  It is rather frustrating.
  Can you help out?
