Been able to get "some" kind of colorless picture using guvcview
So camera seems to be working....

But there are almost no colors, and default settings produce a very
dark, useless content.

The attached screenshot was done using the following setrings in
guvcview :

Saturation : 19
Contrat : 64
Saturation : 128
Hue : 0
White Balance : auto
Gamma : 110
Gain : 85
Power Line Frequency : disabled
Sharpness : 6
Backlight Compensation : 0

The setting that has the most dramatic effect is the Exposure
It must be set to manual or the picture I get is a white blur

Exposure Absolute : 3200
Exposure Auto Priority : OFF


Hoping this information will help you make that camera work on Cheese ?
