Title:
linux-ibm 5.4 lacks VMD driver in the linux-modules package

Status in linux-ibm-5.4 source package in Focal:

Bug description:
  [SRU Justification]

  [Impact]

IBM released a "Special Considerations" entry for Ubuntu images [0], so to
enable support for NVMe drives attachment. The aim here is not to have any
special considerations whatsoever, and enable any functionality right upon
  image creation/instance deployment.

Thus move the vmd module to the linux-modules package (it is currently
  included in the linux-modules-extra one).

  metal-images-ubuntu-considerations

  [Test Plan]

Check resulting linux-modules and linux-modules-extra packages.

  [Where problems could occur]

  No potential problems are expected.

  [Other Info]

  None.
