Can you do the following for me? 1) Remove all files in /lib/firmware/amdgpu/. 2) Copy files dimgrey_cavefish_* from https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git/tree/amdgpu to /lib/firmware/amdgpu. 3) Reboot and check the GPU performance. 4) Attach the output of dmesg to this bug.
