[Impact]
There is a new OLED panel that is required to be listed in the EDID quirk to
make its backlight work.

The commit adds its EDID to the quirk.

Verified on Dell's platform with this panel.
[Where problems could occur]
Only if this panel switches to use PWM mode only, and doesn't support DPCD
backlight.
