  found in Ubuntu18.04.6

Bug description:
  1. Power on SUT and install Ubuntu 18.04.6 
(ubuntu-18.04.6-live-server-amd64.iso)
  2. Boot into OS then run dmesg to check if there are unexpected errors or 
warnings. (=> failed, there are dpc errors in dmesg:
