Bug description:
  [Impact]

Building nvidia dkms against linux 6.0 fails.

The compat code needs updates to support 6.0.

  [Test case]

Check that it builds after fixes applied.

  [What could go wrong]

The compat code changes affect only builds on 6.0, so there's no
chance of it breaking build for other kernels.
