Some fixes for DP alt mode and PSR-SU(Panel Self Refresh–Selective
Update), and also improve HDMI signal integrity. This FW would be tuning
PHY of HDMI to enhance signal integrity in eye diagram to reach HDMI
spec(2.0/1.4b), and also avoid any risk on monitor with multiple
resolutions over HDMI output.
