See also bug #2000665. Other cloud kernels don't depend directly on
extras and instead provide a top level metapackage to track the extras
versions.

Title:
  linux-image-oracle missing linux-modules-extra dependency on arm64

Status in linux-meta-oracle package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
linux-image-oracle 5.15.0.1025.20 on ubuntu 22.04 is missing the
linux-modules-extra dependency on arm64. The dependency correctly
  exists on amd64.

This looks like a regression of
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-oracle/+bug/1927704,
which was fixed for Ubuntu Focal.

I noticed this while looking into DRBD, but assume it affects any
  module in the dependent package.
