  errors processing kernel update to 5.15.0-60

Bug description:
  E: grub-pc: installed grub-pc package post-installation script subprocess 
returned error exit status 127
  E: linux-image-5.15.0-60-generic: installed linux-image-5.15.0-60-generic 
package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1

  kernel update to 5.15.0-60 did not install properly on a fresh install

  errors above
