Title:
  Freeze on resume from suspend (amdgpu errors)

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  I'm running Kubuntu 22.04 LTS, fresh install. Most of the time, when
  resuming from suspend-to-RAM, the system will freeze. Sometimes the
  screen is all black, while other times it is showing the lock screen;
  in both cases it's completely unresponsive.

  The only way out is to force a reboot with the SYSRQ "REISUB" key
  combo. I tried switching VT with Ctrl+Alt+F{1-7}, but it does not
  respond.

  From a quick look at the logs I can see that it shows a lot of red-
  colored error lines from the kernel about amdgpu.

  I didn't have this problem with other flavors (used Xubuntu and
  Ubuntu, 22.04 and 22.10), so I guess it's a Kubuntu bug.
