Bug description:
[Impact]
The dp-mst function is working fine when connecting >2 external monitors via
docking station to the system. But the monitors will fail to display after
re-plug the docking station. The monitors are detected w/o problem but fail to
light up.
[Fix]
Backport one patch from upstream which fix dp-mst.
[Test]
Booting up the system and connect 2 (or more) external monitors to the
docking station and then connect it to the system. Make sure dp-mst function is
working OK on monitors. Re-plug the docking station and make sure the external
monitors still display correctly.
[Where problems could occur]
It fixes the MST payload error in kernel `[drm] *ERROR* Step 2 of creating
MST payload for 00000000a06fb4a4 failed: -5`. It's gone after applying the fix.
