Speakers work with this fix but the sound quality is not as good as compared to that when you have windows on the laptop. It's like they went ahead and switched off the subwoofers on the system.
Any fixes for this? I have upgraded to Linux Kernel 6.2 but no change at all. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1981364 Title: ALSA: hda/realtek: Enable 4-speaker output for Dell XPS 15 9520 laptop Status in linux package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: This is cherry pick from a bug fix which was added to kernel 5.17.5.
