Public bug reported:
I'm using a Raspberry Pi 4 and updated from kinetic to lunar with "do-
release-upgrade -d".
[Expected behavior]
After switching off and on the wifi carrier I can still connect to my Raspi via
ssh.
[Observed behavior]
After switching off and on the wifi carrier I can neither connect nor ping the
Raspi. Neither on wlan0, nor on eth0. It looks like the device is stuck.
