  v6.2: request to cherrypick 8e41e0a `Revert "ACPICA: Events: Support
  fixed PCIe wake event"` from v6.3

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  The upstream commit 5c62d5aab8752e5ee7bfbe75ed6060db1c787f98 "ACPICA: Events:
Support fixed PCIe wake event" (v6.2) caused several regressions:
  - "Wake on Lan is broken
since 6.2"
  - "kernel >= v6.2 no
longer boots on Apple's Virtualization.framework (x86_64)"

  The commit was reverted in 8e41e0a575664d26bb87e012c39435c4c3914ed9 in v6.3.

  Could you consider cherrypicking this commit to Ubuntu kernel 6.2
  (Ubuntu 23.04)?

  This is needed for running Ubuntu 23.04 on Lima (vz mode):
