Bug description:
  [Summary]
  1. System hang on starting checkbox test.
  2. Hang on collecting device information during start Auto and Stress test.
  3. This issue exist on GPU with W7500 & W7600.

  [Steps to reproduce]
  1. Boot into OS
  2. Start Auto test or Stress test(checkbox-cli run 
com.canonical.certification::sysfs_attachment)
