Booting fails and the login is not reached. The command "apport-collect"
can not be executed in this case.

Bug description:
The Mantic preinstalled SD card image for the VisionFive2 board does not boot.
I tested this on one v1.3B board with 4GB RAM.
Older Mantic images are booting, which was last tested with the
daily-preinstalled from 20.Jul .
Attached are the UART logs of the working and the non-working image.
Both images were tested on the same VisionFive2 board.
