I have downgraded to kernel 5.15.0-83 and removed the kernels 6.2.0,
because I need the notebook to function. I don't think logfiles from a
functioning system are any good for a bug report.

Kernel 6.2.0-25 up to 6.2.0-32 F8 and F9 keys are disabled (using now
5.15.0-83 - as also touchpad stopped working in kernel 6.2.0-32, as
another user has already reported).
