[Fix] Reinitialize TMU and perform proper Time Synchronization Handshake every time. [Test] The Thunderbolt monitor still has image after many replugging. [Where problems could occur] This change the flow on disabling TMU, which is responsible for time synchronization, so behavior of Thunderbolt docking might be affected. Per my limited test no issue has been observed.
