Bug description:
  [SRU Justification]

  [Impact]
The two CS42L42 codecs fails to output sound after runtime resume since
kernel 6.3-rc1.

  [Fix]
Backport a fix from Cirrus on
https://patchwork.kernel.org/project/alsa-devel/patch/[email protected]/.

  [Test]
  1. Power on the laptop
  2. Wait for at least 1 minute after login Ubuntu
  3. Go to the audio settings and press the audio output test button
  4. Verify if there's any audio output

  [Where problems could occur]
It only happens on particular audio codec and clarified by the vendor that
the delay during resume will suffice after fix across different versions of
kernels.
