Hi Juerg, good day, The problem was caused via the following package. The package was not regenerating the kernel module with the upgrade. So, my remediation was to remove it from my installation:
intel-i915-dkms I had had recently the same error with this particular package. After I removed it, the upgrade went just fine. Thanks for your support.
