This bug seems to affect me with a Dell XPS 16 2024. I get the following

  3. The camera should be working as verified with ES CPUs.

  Opaque firmware, and there is no IPU6/MTL platform shipped yet.

  [Other Info]

  Intel MIPI IPU6 on Intel Meteor Lake platform is only supported on 6.5 kernels
  or newer. Nominate Jammy for oem-6.5, Noble as the next LTS, and best effort
  support for Mantic.
