Experiencing erratic scrolling behavior on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS with both mouse
and trackpad. When switching between windows, there is a noticeable jump in
scrolling lines, and occasional brief inversions of the scroll direction. The
issue persists across different applications and is not limited to a specific
context
