Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
this is the second time I get the same error. I removed xubuntu under
ms-windows and installed it again. I get the same error installing the
updates (new version of linux kernel does not install). I am not a
technician but get the idea it is a access right issue which xubuntu
admin does not have under windows.
