Title:
btrfs usrquota, grpquota on root-filesystem can't be used at install

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  Setting up a
  LVM01
            - /dev/md-0 = root with btrfs

During the installation phase. When you get to the filesystem partitioning
and options.
When choosing to use btrfs on the root-partition ( / ) and the going in to
filesystem options you can choose to use the noatime options. However setting
the usrquota and grpquota will cause the filesystem creation to fail and one
will be dropped back to the beginning of the filesystem creation part.

checking the dmesg log reveals that usrquota and grpquota are
  unrecognized commands.

I would regard this as a pretty important bug.

  Running on Ubuntu 10.10 amd64 - Server
