System (notebook) freze after electric cable is detached in Maverick

Bug description:
This bug appears in two cases:
1. electric cable is turned off and I start my notebook. After login
in, it take a while an my system freezes.
2. I run the system with plugged power kable and i remove the cable => System
freezes
