Toshiba AC100 can't boot with vivid kernel

Bug description:
I have installed ubuntu core 14.04, upgraded to 15.04 on Toshiba AC100-117,
but when i install vivid kernel. I just can see white screen after reboot.
I'm using sos-uboot-r5-2013-11-10.bin, installed with this guide:

Boot fine:

Don't boot:

Also I have same problem after installing 15.04 with netboot:
Works fine:

White screen after installation:
http://ports.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-ports/dists/vivid/main/installer-armhf/20101020ubuntu376/images/generic/netboot/tegra/
I know that bug is hard to reproduce without netbook, but I can provide any
logs that may be required.
Please, tell me what you need to determine the problem?
